		<description><![CDATA[Are there ratings for Sudoku player skills?  I know you can rate the puzzles themselves.  But even the ratings of the puzzles is not universally agreed upon.

It would seem that there were two parts to a players ratings, 1) the difficulty of the puzzles they can solve and 2) the speed with which they can solve the puzzles.

In chess part of the fun of playing is when you try and improve your rating. Having a system to rate players might increase the popularity among serious Sudoku players.]]></description>
